Full Service Property Restoration was sent our way as a preferred contractor through Accuserve who manages the water or fire mitigation portion of claims for the insurance companies. They document everything every step of the way.  Thermal camera, moisture meters and even a 3-D camera to document the entire home. Erik and his crew are careful and do outstanding work. Thoroughly masked the floors and walls wherever needed.   Kept the job neat and tidy at all times. They set up Heppa filters with exhaust tubes out the windows. Downstairs they removed wood flooring and trim , drywall and insulation, and our kitchen appliances and cabinets.  Upstairs the removed the tile, tub, and shower pan.  They also removed the floor tile and bathroom vanity . Next they scrubbed the wall cavities with special cleaners.  Then they ran dehumidifiers and filters for days. I feel very fortunate that FSPR is the company helping us through this really difficult process!
